As an active member of the House of Lords closely involved in financial services, fintech and technology policy and legislation, Chris is a popular commentator and podcast guest.

Chris has been invited to discuss topics ranging from his Artificial Intelligence (Regulation) Bill to blockchain related law such as the Electronic Trade Documents Act and why he supports a ‘must have regard’ to financial inclusion duty for the Financial Conduct Authority.
